Review Conditions Conditions (Your booking is conditional upon observance of these terms). Payment of a deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking. Cancellation of booking: if more than 28 days’ notice is given, deposit less 10% is refunded but if less than 28 days’notice is given, deposit less 10% refunded only if equivalent (after booking agent’s commission, if any) substitute booking is obtained. Payment of balance of tariff no later than 14 days prior to commencement of booking. Check in/check out: for weekend bookings arrive no earlier than 2pm on day of commencement and leave no later than 2pm on concluding day; mid-week bookings arrival and departure by arrangement but leave no later than 10am on Friday. Parrot Stump Farm is a non-smoking environment. No pets allowed. No additional guests allowed. No party or function on site unless by prior written arrangement with the owner. The property is to be left as you found it. Damage, loss and/or cleaning to be paid for by the person in whose name the booking was made.
